If interacting with and guiding young children is your passion and you are interested in joining our team, feel free to submit an online application (preferred method). Upon review of your completed application, you should receive a response within 2-5 business days. Previous childcare experience is great but not necessary for some positions. For any position, the ability to be teachable is more important than previous experience. Our teaching positions are perfect for current or soon-to-be Early Childhood Education/Development students who need to build on their experience. Ask us about tuition assistance!


    The following positions range in pay from $8.00 - $9.00 hourly

  • Lead Teachers 
  • Assistant Teachers
  • Floaters
  • Van Driver

Main responsibilities for the Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher include demonstrating good teaching practices, maintaining the security and safety of the children in care, and implementing the education program adapted by our center.
Major work activities include offering superb customer service at all times, assisting the Provider with children's records and reports, using developmentally appropriate materials/equipment, assist in arranging learning environment, actively participating in outdoor play, and promoting good habits. Must be willing to be flexible to perform other job-related tasks as the need arises to maintain a quality program.

Once the position is filled, the new employee will learn about and receive training on other duties, responsibilities, and employee benefits during orientation. Training will be ongoing during the term of employment. The process to obtain the required verification as well as other necessary documents will begin immediately.

  • Criminal Record Check (fingerprinting)
  • Child Protective Services Clearance 
  • TB Screening 
  • Sworn Statement Disclosure
  • First Aid & CPR Training (we provide if necessary)
  • Annual Training
  • Pre-employment Health/Physical Screening     
*You will be responsible for any upfront costs for onboarding/new hire background checks. You will be reimbursed for those costs after the 90-day probationary period, as long as you are in good standing.

3. Expect a second email to schedule a face-to-face interview within 24-48 hours of your Phone Interview
